About me

My name is Hollis LiNell Randle IV, and Fourth Standard is more than an activewear brand—it’s a part of my story.

The name “Fourth” comes from being the fourth generation of my name. Carrying the title IV is something I take pride in because it represents legacy, family, and the people who came before me. It reminds me that every generation has the opportunity to build on the foundation that was laid before them and create something meaningful of their own.

The word “Standard” represents the way I approach life. Through sports, training, and personal growth, I’ve learned that success comes from the standards we hold ourselves to every day. It’s about discipline when motivation fades, consistency when things get difficult, and having the confidence to keep moving forward.

I created Fourth Standard to represent that mindset. I wanted to build a brand that inspires people to work hard, stay focused, and pursue their goals without settling for average. Whether you’re training in the gym, competing on the court, or chasing a dream, the standard you set for yourself matters.

For me, Fourth Standard is a reminder of my family’s legacy, my personal journey, and the values I want to carry into everything I do.

This isn’t just activewear. It’s a symbol of legacy, discipline, and the pursuit of becoming better every day.
